The actual hotel was fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. What ruined the stay was the 3AM karaoke sessions EVERY NIGHT. There is nightclub above and on thr ground floor of the hotel. It needs better sound insulation.

I really have to rate this hotel. you have everything prepared here, including extra-standard things like a brush, shaving supplies, etc., they will help you with your luggage even to the room. the hotel is close to the airport and the taxi is not expensive. thank you to your great team for making early and late check-in/check-out possible. your staff is great.

Staff was very friendly and helpfully. Room was clean. Did have issue with room beverage cooler but they did get it fixed. The downside was the breakfast was limited options and taste was lacking for prices point for the stay. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel.. not to far from the mall and Dubai airport. Enjoyed the breakfast and lovely service. Big shout out to Adnan who was a great help providing great service. Look forward to coming back again

Excellent Hotel! Amazing service and clean! Unfortunately the area is under construction and there was no possibility of enjoying a nice walk in the neighborhood! Transportation easily accessible. Overall great experience!

They have lounges clubs on ground floor. So weekend nights, the first floor rooms hear the banging music all night. Staff are generally good except the ones for room service. Your food will arrive in 2 hrs. Steam room and sauna are pretty good and the service there is excellent. Overall, I may stay there again if they are giving a good rate but I'll eat from outside.

Very well maintained property with good cafe / restaurant / lounge options in the premises itself. Good Indian restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and very clean and neat. About 25-30 min walking distance from ADCB metro station. Great option for business or leisure travel.
