"We absolutely loved our stay. Matthew is a great host, ensuring we were looked after then leaving us to enjoy the tranquility of the property. We ordered the pies which were huge and excellent! It was a real break from the every day, fully self contained with everything we needed. It’s a beautiful area with a short drive to lovely walks. Highly recommended for a relaxing escape!"

"I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything."
