"Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park...

"Not impressed at all, considering they try and sell themselves as a luxurious place. When I arrived staff turned their nose up at me, I felt they thought I was in the wrong place with a backpack on me. Checking in was smooth, but didnt see the staff smile or even look at me. The room itself was okay, nice size and comfortable. No plug sockets near the bed which was annoying. I feel it needs abit of TLC generally, as some things are worn. There was also dirt in the bed side tables and the sheets...

"Excellent in every way. Rooms were spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff really went above and beyond-from security to restaurant to front desk. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I also liked the focus on reducing plastic waste. Good location very close to the central rail station and 2 big malls. Very good value for the price."

"Lack of breakfast dining option at hotel if you don't want to have buffet breakfast at the hotel lobby. The cafe as well as the hotel lobby restaurant opens only at 11 am for ala carte dine in option. At least the watee boiler is stainless inside and there are water dispenser on the corridor. Lake side path is beautiful. Swimming pool is basic, but gym is good. Big and quite comprehensive. Only opens at 7 am. Wish it opens earlier so can use before start my day at conference.
