It was a Sunday, I was at the pool. I tried to order a glass of wine and was informed I had to order a whole bottle because the bar was closed. So I ordered a bottle and sat by the pool. 15 minutes later, my bottle had still not arrived. When I went back to the restaurant counter to ask the staff, she got angry and did not even apologize for the delay.

The Apartment and kitchenette ar well maintained

This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly. The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained. I will continually to held and book my event next year in VE Hotel & Residence

Overall is good but was given the end room n the room is a bit small….. It was for my wedding stay as I had a wedding luncheon event at Treasure Oriental Restaurant

Slightly disappoitning this time but a good stay

This was overall an ok stay. We really enjoyed our last stay at the property which is why we chose it again this time. Unfortunately, however, check-in seemed to be an unduly slow process, the safe in our room was not working, and gratuiites such as slippers and a weighing scale, which wed previously been provided with, were not provided on this occasion. That said, the room was still very comfortable. The decor was modern and tasteful, the amenities were good, and we probably would consider staying there again in the future.

Location was ok and decent food and shopping nearby at the malls. Rooms were ok for the price point but wasn't clean at check in. There were still like random food crumbs and receipts from the previous guests. Beds were otherwise comfortable and showers were ok. Not much more you can ask for at this price point.

Nice location, next to malls and restaurants

The room is okay, large space at valued price. It is clean and provided hair dryer, iron and table, enough hanger, however, the cleaning service wasn't offer everyday. The hotel only provide every 3 days and not inform guest during the check-in. I was disappointing on cleaning service but the rest of facility are good.

Hotel has degraded over the years, poorly maintain

Stayed many times here over a few years and the standard has gone down, while prices seem to have increased by 10% in the past 9 months. Maintenance not done well…hair dryer was not working, shower Water pressure was very low so it’s quite difficult to shower (not fixed after we informed the hotel) and the sliding doors for the toilet and wardrobe are not working well, requiring quite a lot of strength to slide. Also, vanity kit and slippers are no longer provided. Noticed a The Bar on the M3 level beside the pool is also not manned most of the nights when we get there around 10 pm, even though the operating hours are till 11pm. There are outdoor high tables and chairs provided in the M3 area but the tables are not cleared so the food/ash tray/drinks left by previous occupants are left there, and when we tried to look for a dustbin to clear our tables ourselves, can’t locate any on the M3 level. Also nobody answers the phone when calling the Conceirge from the room. Also, when I tried going to the bar on a Sunday night, it was closed but there were no signs stating it’s closed. Quite unprofessional to not display open or closed signs. Also parking should be complimentary but I was still charged when exiting the car park as there was a new system apparently and didn’t work. The positive thing about the hotel is the location (covered walking access to The Sphere) and the good mattress, and filtered water dispenser. Will have to look for alternative accommodation in the area

Serious Housekeeping Issue

The surface dirt on furniture is obvious. Basin was seriously choked. Rusty stopper. Towel quality and condition very torn on the hem, rough on touch. Dining chair was stained with some sort of sweet.

Forget about it

The hotel is a corporate building attached to office towers and adjacent to a mall with many food places, including a supermarket. The noise from the street is very loud. During our stay, there was also construction noise from above us after we transferred into a so-called quiet room. The staff were very cooperative, although they continually insisted they had to check with their higher-ups to provide us with satisfaction, which was not forthcoming, so we moved to a different hotel.
