"The hotel was okay. The staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Our only issue was the curtains. They were terribly torn and desperately need replaced. "

"Super dirty room even after initial room change request the day of check in. Last time, room was cleaned seemed at least 3 months ago. Cleaning staff doesn’t believe in mopping the floor or giving any other services for more than 2-3 nights stay guests. All the corners had so much dust piled up. We didn’t get offered change of towels, garbage taken out, nothing for three nights stay. Bed sheets and comforter had so many big stains that any Normal person would feel icky going to that bed for three nights. Floors/carpets were so dirty and sticky that stained dark/dirt sports on our socks/slippers. I can go on and on for this. I can even write thesis on this. "
