Stay at this property a lot. It’s right off I.25. Super convenient for local shopping and facilities. It’s not the nicest hotel but it’s safe, and clean and we always sleep well.

We were thrilled with the breakfast options at this Hilton owned facility. After a lousy experience at the Colorado Springs (north) Hilton Garden Inn. Will absolutly stay at Hampton Inn and Suites again!

Room was clean and well appointed. Free breakfast was good. However, keeping the room temperature comfortable was impossible. Was unable to turn off the vent blower and room became too warm or too cool every fifteen minutes or so. Reported this to desk clerk on checkout but she had no response so may not have reported the issue to get a repair.

Clean rooms-staff very disconnected, here’s your keys type, not friendly, stayed behind the office. No hellos or asking if things ok. Just very cold, quiet and just stared at you when you saw them. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was good too.
