"The room was not as we saw on the website, we didn’t have a garden view but a large wall, which made the room really dark, the carpet was stained, the breakfast was ok until my husband saw the chef put cereals spilt on the table back in the pots with the ones to be eaten , there was a big sign outside saying come and look at our refurbished rooms, we certainly didn’t get one "

"The hotel is just ok, it worked for us for a friends weekend away but I doubt we will go back. The staff are very rules focused which makes you feel less of a valued guest and more of an inconvenience. But it worked as a place to stay and ok if you are on a budget."

Very thorough throughout the booking.The house is lovely with plenty of character and well equipped.Extremely pet friendly with toys for dogs, toys and books for children too and even chocolates and water in the bedrooms.Nice, safe garden with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine. "A lovely cottage in a quiet, rural area. Spotlessly clean and nicely furnished/decorated. Good communication with the hosts and photos are true to likeness. We were 6 adults and all enjoyed our stay. Our only slight criticism would be that for 6 adults, there is really only one shower - the shower in the main bathroom is attached to the bath taps with no wall fixing so you have to crouch in the bath to use it. However, that was a minor issue and we all agreed we would stay again."

"Keith was a very good host and the home is exactly as advertised. Everything was incredibly well stocked and the small back garden was perfect for our two young children. We could walk to a nice playground and local pub all within 20 minutes, which was perfect for us. If you are looking to be in this area then I would definitely recommend!"
