"The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked.

"The apartment was spotless when we arrived. My daughter has Autism and finds new surroundings difficult to adapt to - she loved her room and the overall comfort and layout of the flat. Everywhere was absolutely spotless and a credit to your cleaners - give them a raise! "Fantastic place to stay, in a very good spot in the town center of Banbury. Communication with the company regarding check in was brilliant. The flat has everything for your stay. Central heating is spot on also. There is a carpark outside the block of flats, which is priced fairly for a whole week in the town center. I will stop here again on the next time I`m here for work."
