The wifi seemed very spotty, and the 1 Hotel App was very glitchy, the in-room dining was not working properly. The phones worked and staff was very helpful, so it all worked out. The roof bar got quite busy around 5p and it took 45 minutes to order a drink, may need more bar staff. Absolutely amazing views from the suite. Especially at night. All in all, good experience - I'll come back. "

I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary.
