"Rooms are small but to be expected in NYC. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff sr the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Location is close to subway and we walked to Chinatown, Brooklyn bridge and 911 memorial. Really close to stone street historic district - many restaurants there. There is also a big grocery store I no pearl street that sells alcohol and has hot, fresh food. Would stay again. "

"The room was always clean and this property was very well located. It is about 5 - 10 minute walk from 2 subway stations serving different subway lines. 2 min walk from Staten Island Ferry Terminal. 2 Historical restaurants less than 5-minute walk from property. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Valet parking was the only good part of our experience. Checked in my famkky of 4 dropped our stuff and went to the subway. Thats convenient not too far away. The pool was absolutely disgusting, we couldn't use it at night due to the 15 other adults drinking in the pool. Went at 7AM instead only to step on bottle caps, sand and an earring. Was woken up at 2AM with people yelling in the hallway for 10 minutes. Room was dirty, had food on the floor from previous guest(s) shower door didn't close or open all the way. "

"Although the staff were lovely the property has seen better days. The beds were too soft, and the room had no closet for hanging clothes, or drawers or substantial shelves for clothing. Safe was broken and we had to call down for a duvet and more than two towels."

Although several people at the front desk were lovely and helpful, one bearded Scandinavian type there was surly and aggressive and shouldn’t be in the service industry. The bartender in the lobby was also completely overwhelmed. Sweet but understaffed and forgetful and stressed. "

"This was a horrible experience. During check in I was asked if I would like service to clean the room like changing my sheets and towels either everyday Or every other day, I requested the “everyday” option. They literally came only on my last day before I left, and when they did they did not change my sheets because I had a little makeup on the sheets from the first night, the staff fully made up my bed using the exact same sheets. When I called to complain that no one had came to change the sheets I was told the cleaning team was leaving for the day, this place was very unfortunate and very misleading from online. The temperature is weird either HOT or freezing cold, there is no normal room temperature. The Tv guide states that HBO is free with our stay. No it was not, I called the front desk and they no longer are paying for that service, I mean I could go in and on. I will not be staying here again "
