The unit needed to be cleaned a lot better (the floors are still dirty and dusty in some areas). The beds need under-blankets, as both beds had stains, and a quilt cover, not just the quilt, should be used. The hallway must have some air freshener, as it constantly smells. Overall, the property and location are perfect. It's just this unit.

Hire a bike and go for a ride up and down Broadwater Parklands. There are nice parks for kids and good bbq facilities which are cleaned by the council everyday.
