No AC, but there is a fan. No refrigerator, no microwave, no dishwasher . Shower and main bathroom 2 floors below in basement.
Room was perhaps 10x10. Not anywhere near 322.9 sq feet.
Bottom line, if id known in advance of these false statements, i would not have booked.
There is a kitchen, downstairs and im sure there is a microwave refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen.

"This hotel was great to stay at! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to everything downtown. The rooftop and sauna area was quiet and relaxing. I was bummed out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay. The only thing I did not like was the shower head in my room was a bit wonky...it seemed to have a leak, so it was spraying extra water from the sides and it was getting the bathroom floor and top of the toilet all wet and the shower curtain wouldn't stay fully closed on that side. Other than that, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future! "

The food was good but it was standard and the price was reflective of quality that is above average. The hotel is very close to the train so it is easy to travel into the city. It was safe and the marina is very nice. Overall, my stay was enjoyable. "

"Perfectly situated accommodation near the children’s hospital. The internet was good, suite was clean and beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be a grab handle at the tub/shower?? Young people would not even notice this but I’m not so young anymore. This was an excellent place to stay for appointments. "

"Great place for me and my family to stay. Worked out well. Only complaint is the free parking situation was complex, and not particularly close. Oh, and the shower sprayed me in the eye when I turned it on, lol. Great location, great extras for kids. "
