Disapointed
I have never done this kind of accommodation before and was very disappointed. The apartment did not have a # on the door. The cutlery was non existing. There was one big and one small fork two knives two spoons and three serving spoons. The two coffee mugs where so stained that I had to scrub them before I would drink out of them. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There was an empty shampoo bottle in the corner and a big blob of long dark hair. The lamps had not been dusted in a while. I got in touch with Anna and she offered me a gift certificate for $25.00 to a restaurant but I had to spend $50.00 to get back $25.00. I was not interested. After I had made my booking I realized that check out was midday and my flight was not until late so I phoned Anna and asked about a late check out and she told me $50.00. I did not accept as I thought I could find somewhere to leave my luggage once I got there. Just before we were going to check out I thought that since I had not used the coupon I would ask Anna if I could get the late check out in place of the gift certificate. She replied and now said it would be $75.00. I did not reply and left. When my refund came in she had deducted $75.00. I replied and told her that I did not leave late. She did not reply. I tried phoning her several times and just got a recording saying she was not available. I finally sent her an email and all she could say is that I asked to leave late and I told her that I had not confirmed it. Tried calling her again and she did not answer. I have asked her if I am getting the $75.00 back and she does not reply. I would never stay there again.
