-There was no micro wave, they brought one when we requested.
-Buttons on the tv remote were too weak, i struggled to change channels, put the volume up and down, which hurt my fingers
-There was no one at the reception on arrival, no one answered the phone, i waited for almost 5 minutes, and it was too hot outside
-The receptionist should be someone who can speak/understand english
No one would answer the after hours bell (8pm). On the 3rd attempt an elderly lady came out who didn’t know what to do. Finally got to my room and there was no heat nor promised wifi service. On checkout I called out to see if anyone was there and someone just yelled out to leave the key.
