"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."

"My husband and I had a very relaxing time at Poipu beach cottage. The amenities were great and closeness to the beach was fantastic! We had one problem where we ran out of propane so we couldn’t cook on the range, but Pam was great about solving the problem immediately after contacting Brent. He got us up and going before the gas company could get out to replenish the propane the next day. Thank you both!All in all, a fantastic stay at this property with an old Hawaiian feel to the place."

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the large grass area in the backyard for the children to play. This property is steps away from the beach as you walk out the private gate. The home itself was very clean and very spacious with room for everyone to have his or her own space. The Property Management team was very responsive when we needed them. The no air conditioning in the home wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were not that hot and the ceiling fans were sufficient. I always prefer air conditioning in a rental home, but this house has so many great qualities, I can overlook this. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family."

"Great location not far from the beach, pool was good and all was taken care of, the gas barbecues were cleaned every morning.Derek was responsive with any inquires within a couple of hours. The kitchen was stock with all the utensils you would need. great place to stay. The weather in late March was a little rocky being windy and cloudy every day but the temp was good."
