"There were 12 of us, aged 2-75 and we couldn’t have asked for more perfect accommodations! Having a separate little cottage for the grandparents was ideal! The yard and pool are like an oasis and so very private. It rained a lot while we were there, but we were able to play games and gather in the beautiful living area. It was a short walk to the beach, and there was everything we needed to bring down there-chairs, sand toys, etc. The house manager Rocco was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"I plan to stay here again. As a solo traveler, the studio was extremely comfortable and the grounds felt safe and well kept. The dining options were perfect- grab and go, casual and fine dining were all right there. Lava's had one of the best Wedge salads I've ever eaten. The pools were sparkling, the parking easy (be aware of and the $40+ daily charge, though), and everyone I interacted with had a big smile. "

"House was perfect for me, my wife, and 4 kids (high school and college). Great location and easy walk to beautiful beach. Poipu beach and surroundings provide all you need for beach, surfing, shopping etc and a little less commercial than other spots. Kitchen and fridge provided everything we needed to cook when desired and the beach chairs and coolers were nice to have for day trips. Highly recommended. "

"Kitchen was grimy. Sticky handles on fridge & cupboards. For a week stay, only two dishwasher pods & a tiny bottle of dish soap and one roll of tp per bathroom. Bring your own tp & beach items because the property offers ZERO. No chairs, snorkels, toys the beach basics. ZERO “nice to have while on vacation” but front desk very happy to tell you where to buy or rent those items. Check in was a disaster. Because of the road construction, one couldn’t access the main office to check in making process a joke, especially arriving after hours, late at night, in an unfamiliar area on poorly marked roads. Our property wasn’t even near the main office. Staff could have sent a message with the actual address of our unit and how to access the combo for a key instead of having to go through a phone tree (at the elusive office) with operators who couldn’t spell (had to tell the first operator who finally answered how to spell a simple last name three times), and a second operator who couldn’t find the correct combo for our key. Front desk the next morning came across as annoyed and unfriendly at best. Furniture on deck was hazardous. Legs on chairs almost completely rusted through. No sleep for a week due to crowing rooster near bedroom door (illegal to feed-no one knew this yet unit below kept feeding). We opted to stay one night at a different complex in Princeville. Welcoming staff, warm reception, clean condo, no roosters. Finally one night’s rest. Will stay there in future. "

"We loved sitting on the lanai, drinking our morning coffee and viewing the turtles, waterfalls upstream and the scuba divers going out to sea. The location of the property was ideal; central to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We loved the dressing room for keeping our clothes out of sight and the Hawaiian decor. We had an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The kitchen was very well stocked and updated. Furnishings were very comfortable. Beach, chairs, towels, and umbrella provided. Nice cross breeze while windows are open making a comfortable living space. Portable AC units in bedrooms are a plus. The only thing to consider is the upstairs master bath has a tub shower combo that is a bit dated and hard to step over. I would definitely stay here again!"
