"My son and his friends stayed at the Ranch for a few days to celebrate his birthday. Ample space, bbq, fire pit. Remote stay but central enough to go to the beach, town and see the sights Communication with the owner Fiona was open and easy and she met the boys to make sure they had everything they needed. She was flexible and accomodating and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to everyone!"

"We had an amazing getaway! The property had everything we needed and more. So much space for us and our little dogs - we’ve all come home relaxed and refreshed! Plenty to explore on the property, the pool was amazing to cool down in every day and before bed, feeding the friendly horses and cows, and collecting freshly laid eggs for breakfast from the chickens. Only short drive away to local breweries for lunch. Highly recommend, thank you for having us!"

"Very good accommodation in a beautiful country location. Rooms are great, ample for our group of nine, and facilities generally good. We stayed last year for five nights over Xmas and did the same this year. Had a great time overall. Negatives are the cleanliness of things like saucepans, knives and some drawers, the amount of food left in fridge door and cupboards (some looks pretty old), and the bluntness of all the knives (knife sharpener would help). These things are readily fixable, which...

"Enjoyed our stay at Jamevin. Great house lots of space for our family, ensuites to nearly all bedrooms which was fantastic. We all enjoyed the tennis court close by and we were greeted by kangaroos. "Lovely couple of days by the ocean. The house is spacious and well equipped. I would say it is due for an update of styling and some little bits of maintenance. The bbq is needing a degrease and benches and walls a good clean. The location is stunning."

"We had a great stay at Stallard cottage. Good amenities- everything we needed! Nice and big, as we had 3 mother and daughter families staying. Nice easy walk to pub, and to cafe, as well as to bus stop for buses to Newcastle. A couple of items need attention, but host, Bronwen, was easy to communicate with, and receptive to feedback."

"There was a lot of noise from people until the early hours of the night fighting and yelling on the king st side near the carpark for Quest. Both my wife and myself had very little sleep due to this."

"We had a pleasant experience for one night. Clean modern rooms and quiet. Comfortable bed and clean. I feel sorry for the people who didn’t have a great experience but for a quick stop in it was great. Guess we were just lucky! "
