"This hotel is excellent value for money. Excellent TV picture. WiFi fast and stable. Bed comfortable. Very clean. The shower has good water pressure. The only concern is the area is not that safe and a long way from the London Underground station. The room cleaning is top class. I did have one night where I had no power so couldn’t watch TV or charge my phone. It was fixed in then end but think they should have offered some compensation but none was offered."

"I had a quick overnight stay, but enjoyed the room. Check in and checkout was quick and smooth, and everyone was very helpful. The room and facilities were clean and neat. It was easy to get to from Central London, and a shuttle bus was available in the morning to get to the airport. Overall a great experience."
