This hotel makes you feel part of their family, staff are all so friendly and will help you with anything you need. It’s in a great location, just outside of the Chaweng Main Street but close enough to walk to that area if you want to do some shopping or eat any of the restaurants there.
The only negative feedback is the food. I would like to see a better breakfast buffet, add in some hot food such as pancakes, sausages, bacon etc. The Thai food is very average and would love to see more...

Stayed a week at a wonderful beachfront room, which had a private pool and was not overlooked, and which had amazing views of the sea and the islands. The staff were ever so friendly and the hotel was always clean and quiet.
The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but transport to nearby Bophut is easy.

We absolutely loved it here, its like a piece of heaven. The rooms were comfortable, its easy to get around. The garden was mesmerising, we had two gorgeous pools to choose from. Exclusive beach, food was delicious.

It was wonderful spending our honeymoon at the Anantara. As soon as we got there until the moment we left, the staff treated us with respect. We were upgraded in our room and thought they were spacious and clean. Each night we were left a little note by the staff that turned down our bed (which I thought was a cute touch!) Hotel pool was lovely and the overall location of the hotel was great. Would definitely return to this hotel

I last stayed at Sala Samui more than 7 years ago. While still the same offering, it's got better. High quality pool villas, shaded day beds on cheongmon beach, great pool, good restaurant and faultless service.

I was unwell with a severe gastric upset so we couldn't do anything. The staff were so nice & caring. They drove us to the hospital & back. I had probably picked up something before arriving here as we had been in Myanmar for a week prior. What a pity! Would like to come back!

My husband and I just returned from staying at the Peace Resort and were so so so very happy! We initially booked for 2 nights just incase we wernt happy and could look around and change whilst there. The moment we walked into the resort we were so impressed! The staff are ever so friendly and the bungalows are amazing! We stayed in the Superior Bungalow which is the cheapest and it was amazing. My husband and I have high expectations anyway but this was so good for such little cost. The...

The staff are so wonderful, from front desk, restaurants, pool staff. They're so polite, helpful, provide great customer service! This made our stay at the hotel memorable.
The surrounding is well kept and very nice.
The room/bathroom are very spacious but an upgrade of the furniture to Sheraton Standard would be nice.
The food in the restaurant are great. Longtay restaurant has authentic Thai dishes. We love the Blue Monkey Bar.
Overall we had a very nice stay at Sheraton

6 Star hotel!!!
Friendly, polite & helpful staff. Mike was great, every recommendation he made for restaurants was amazing.
The rooms were beautiful & clean. Amazing view from our room. Free bottles of water provided daily (x6). Our stay included breakfast which was buffet + order from the menu. Dinner at the hotel was amazing! One of the best Tom yum soups we've ever had!
The english barrier wasn't a problem....they all spoke good english.
Their signature cocktail was amazing, I could drink...

Beautiful relaxing property. Lovely blend of thai design and luxury in a stunning setting. Far enough away for our family to relax, but still walkable to local eateries. We'd love to come back, and the staff were fantastic.

We recently stayed at Anantara for our honeymoon, the resort is immaculate, the staff are friendly ,and the food is wonderful. I. highly recommend a visit to skytops restaurant as well as visiting their Thai buffet and show night on the beach. We stayed in a ocean view villa with private pool, also highly recommend. The resort is close to town and local shopping centre. (30 min walk or 5 min taxi)Would definitely come back!

The resort is simply stunning and ideally located a short stroll to the main shopping strip at Chaweng Beach. We stayed in a pool villa, which was worth the extra money as it was beautifully furnished, spacious with plenty of storage, private and a beautiful bathroom including a second outdoor shower. We loved the swim-up bar, particularly the pina colada's and long island iced tea's at the daily happy hour. The buffet breakfast seemed limited at first (i.e. compared to other larger 5 star...

Stayed 7 nights with the family in two WOW rooms - top level. Read all the reviews knew what to expect about the resort features, but the people made it a great stay! Very welcoming and nothing was problem for them, always with a smile.

This resort is lovely. Best breakfast! We stayed in the garden pool villa. It was pretty private but some gaps in the fence and hedges meant there was no topless sun bathing :-) very quiet in November, and it is about 300-400thb to chaweng main strip and 350thb to Fishermans village. So perfect to get away from it all. Wifi is good but not on the beach. Beach sand is a bit shelly and a bit rocky once in the water but they give you beach shoes. restaurant is nice and lots of options. Pools are...
