First, upon arrival to the room, we were greeted to a basket of used feminine pads. The resort apologized with a cheap bottle of wine. We also encountered dirty glasses in our room on multiple days and also at breakfast. And the air conditioning worked sometimes and at other times not. The only positive thing was the staff were very nice and tried hard.
I expect the hotel to apologize for the inconvenience so that others potential guests will ignore this review and stay at the resort. But the same old tired apologies I’ve read by theses resorts are just that. More to the point, they’re b.s. And I’m sorry to have to post such a bad review. However, I spent $2500 for four nights at what was supposed to be a 5 star luxury resort. It is not luxurious and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re reading this and don’t want to be disappointed, please stay at the Conrad or Six Senses or some other resort.
