"Beautiful pool and surroundings "

"Parking spaces are small. We thought we were getting a room with a kitchenette but it was too small to be practical "

"The hostess was a huge help in finding out my ride back to Cairns, helping me book a fishing trip, when one that I had fell through, then finding me ride to go fishing, she went above & beyond. THANK YOU very much. The laundry was great also. I’d been on the road almost 3 weeks before boarding a cruise next Tuesday. Now have some clean clothes."

"Pool and bar was definitely the highlight. Great location, really close to four mile beach. Breakfast was just ok as quite limited variety"

" The resort was huge, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious and too many options to choose from buffet, there were many activities going on every day to keep you engaged and the pool was the biggest highlight of the property. Now the dislikes about the property were cleanliness and the room service! The room was not that clean and the floor had so much of dust that we had to wipe our kids feet every now and then before they go to bed and same with us, so when you say 5 star property then it should have their own standards of cleanliness and the room service could have been better as we had to call again and again for few things in the room!"

"Resort very tired"

"The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem). "
