"Breakfast buffet staff were very friendly and helpful, even when our kids accidently broke things. Sound and light isolation in the rooms was very good. Can't use the stairs unless there's a fire though, which was a bit annoying"

"The room we were given was directly above the smoking area of the pub. Asked for a different room and our second room had disabled toilet/shower facilities. We were wanting a bath. The room also had quite an unpleasant smell to it. We used the spa and sauna.. my partner accidentally left our room key in the sauna and so we were stuck in the pool area with no way out. There was no phone or button to alert the hotel. Quite alarming and potentially dangerous. We were finally able to wave down...

A short drive to bays, beaches, National Parks and the camelia gardens Our room had a kitchenette but there are many places to eat nearby. A guest information brochure would have been good."
