"Wonderful first stay! Got upgraded to a room with a view (CN Tower), breakfast buffet was great, and overall service was amazing (especially the gentleman that checked us in the first night). "

"I loved my stay at this hotel! So charming, artsy details and design, excellent customer service, great location. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, that view!! If you’re seeing a show at the Opera House, this is the hotel to stay at! Highly recommend! "

"I stayed 3 evenings on a business trip. The facility is large with several amenities. The downside is that the room are very dated and heating/cooling is terrible. I contacted maintenance as the heater in my room was not functioning. The thermostat did not work, it was either full heat or nothing. The problem was never repaired during my stay despite two calls. Also, they advertise a restaurant but it was closed everyday and I had to leave to grab lunch. There is very little around in terms of services. I would not return."
