Pour information les propriétaires habitent la maison juste à côté, mais très discret. Des immeubles de 3 étages justes à côté mais pas dérangeant. The on site amenities were like having the benefit of a full private spa - with the heated pool, hot tub, hamman and sauna all within the villa grounds A magnificent view and glorious sunsets added to the atmosphere. "From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!"

"Le Meridien is the perfect spot to stay in! It's location is near all the major attractions in Nice (Old Nice, Place Massena, the Beach front, etc.) It's also near a lot of delicious restaurants. Transportation is also really easy to access near the hotel. In addition, the staff were all kind and friendly. Bonus points because we were able to check-in early and received many recommendations for sites to visit in Nice. Our room was also cleaned everyday and we were given extra water. I would book again in this hotel if I return to Nice and will recommend it to all my friends and family."
