"Breakfast was lovely. The room was very nice and unlike anything I'd been in before. The checkout process was very smooth and I was able to retrieve my bag later in the day after leaving it with them. 10/10"

"I asked at the front desk whether we were entitled to complimentary parking, and I was specifically told that we were and that I only needed to exchange the parking ticket at the reception desk. However, when I checked out, I was charged for two nights of parking, even though I only used the parking facility for one night. At that time, I was informed that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue. It has now been five days, and I have not received so much as a phone call. This level of service is extremely disappointing."

"The lobby seating by the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, the breakfast is good ,the staff is helpful,the room is clean…. but the presence of Homeless coffee net whose location is on the sidewalk opposite the hotel made me feel unsafe due to their large number and proximity to the site; you have to pass by them to get to the old port."

"Overall lovely Hotel to stay at while at a conference. Very central location and convenient underground parking. The pool was a very nice feature. My room was very nice and comfortable overall, but my AC unit was noisy and made a whining/ rattling noise- which caused some interrupted sleep."

"Our stay at this hotel was mixed. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The heated swimming pool on the rooftop was wonderful with clear views over the city. In particular, at sunrise and sunset, it was magical. However, our stay was spoilt by the breakfast situation. We had booked a buffet breakfast but the first two mornings it was a la carte with a very limited choice, but on the third day, it was buffet style with a reasonable choice. The main problem was that a few staff, not all, were rude and lacked basic customer service skills in the breakfastarea. We had to make a complaint to the staff manager who was apologetic and kind. The staff at reception were welcoming and hospitable. If the breakfast customer service be improved, it would be a really lovely hotel in a great location."

"Really disappointed with the service...there was no microwave in room...téléphone was not working...bathroom exhaust didn't work..evening after complaining nobody took it seriously...reception staff really laid back...will not recommend spending hard earned money on this property...we stayed there 2 nights...requested to change the room...nobody listened..."
