I would highly recommend Hôtel William Gray. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration special. The room itself was beautiful, pristine, and the bed was very comfy. Our dinner on the Terrasse was next level. Delicious food, great service, and beautiful view.

Amazing Hotel. All the bars and restaurants are walking distance. There is a spa on the ground floor, which was food. The sauna is great but the steam room could be better (not steamy at all). The valet drivers were very amazing and very helpful.

Decor is beautiful and our room was clean upon arrival. The lighting was very dull and the following day housecleaning was very slow. Our room was finally cleaned after 4 p.m. and only after visiting the main desk twice to inquire. We were given two free cocktails in the bar while we waited.

Staff was fantastic, the valet and check-in/ check-out was great, the hotel was beautiful. The only negative - the room was a little bit worn (the flooring definitely needed to be replaced) and a little small. The room overall was clean, but could use some refreshing.

Friendly attentive staff, perfect location, beautiful building with a great coffee shop! One employee really stood out, Tom from the valet department. A true gentleman, which is rare these days. He would ask me, if it was okay to open the door for my wife. In a world where people don't even say thank you for opening a door. It was refreshing to met such man!
