"This was our 2nd stay at Le Square Phillips Hotel and Suites in Montreal. We absolutely love how central it is and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are extremely spacious with every amenity you could require. Full kitchens, large rooms, comfortable beds and old charm with a touch of modern. The breakfast room accommodates a large amount of people and the food is plentiful and delicious. Although it is not really a "hot" breakfast, it does have the cereals and breads you would expect. I really appreciate the selection of cheeses and meats that is available too. Overall, it is a great place to stay when visiting Montreal and I am sure we will stay again on our next trip to Montreal."

"The service at the front desk is horrendous, with a very argumentative manager. The house-keeping service is terrible, with room cleaning provided only every 3 days. Totally inadequate. The hotel refused to respond to complaints about the telephone not working. - no dial tone. The internet service is poor, and the face basin was clogged. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff refused to address these issues. If you request a taxi, the front desk calls Diamond Taxi only. The customer service of this provider is very poor."

"Tout était parfait!! Je redoutais le confort du lit, car c’est extrêmement important pour moi de bien dormir et c’était excellent!! Le lit King est formidable, j’ai bien dormi! J’ai un doute sur le fait que notre chambre n’avait pas de tapis, c’était un peu froid pour les pieds et aussi il y avait un coin où les rideaux de couvraient pas entièrement la fenêtre, ce qui faisait que j’avais la lumière du jour directement sur le lit, mais est-ce vraiment des points négatifs? Ce que j’ai à ajouté comme point négatif est le fait qu’on sentait que c’était quelque peu moins bien insonorisé… Il y avait à notre disposition un ordinateur à notre chambre! Très pratique, on s’en est servi pour une rencontre en ligne qu’on devait faire! Autrement, ça vaut la peine de choisir ce lieu, proche de l’île de montréal, proche du métro, proche de l’autoroute quand il faut repartir! Merci!"
