BUENAS TARDES A PESAR DE TENER ESCRITO EN NUESTRA PAGINA QUE SE COBRA EN EL CHEKING LO DECIMOS EN LA ENTRADA A TODO EL MUNDO QUE SE HOSPEDA , Y SE COBRA EL 100% CUANDO LOS CLIENTES ENTRAN YA EN LA HABITACION , NI ANTES NI DESPUES , LUEGO USTED AL ENTRAR NOS MANDA UN MESAJE POSITIVO POR ESTE MEDIO DONDE NOS DA LA LIMPIEZA , SILENCIO DE LA HABITACION Y LA RAPIDEZ UNA VALORACION BUENA , HE SUBIDO ESPECIALMENTE AL BAÑO A MIRAR LAS PESIMAS CONDICIONES QUE DICE UESTED , HE MIRADO EN LA BAÑERA , EN EL GRIFO , EN EL BATER , EN EL LAVABO , ME HE AGACHADO POR TODO EL SUELO Y HE PASADO UN TRAPO Y NO VEO NADA DE NADA , PESIMAS CONDICIONES ME PUEDE DECIR POR FAVOR PARA SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA PORQUE NO LO HE VISTO ,. EN EL RESTAURANTE DENTRO NO SE PUEDE FUMAR ESTA PROHIBIDO Y EN LAS TERRAZAS EXTERIORES SE PUEDE FUMAR SI HAY DOS METROS DE DISTANCIA , ES LA NORMATIVA VASCA PERO NOSOTROS SI NOS DAMOS CUENTA LE PEDIMOS AL CLIENTE QUE NO SE PUEDE FUMAR NI EN LAS TERRAZAS DE LA CALLE , ES MAS CUANDO USTEDES BAJARON Y NOS DIMOS CUENTA QUE HABIA TRES HOMBRES FUMANDO EN LA ESQUINA DE LA TERRAZA , LES PEDIMOS QUE NO PODIAN FUMAR , YA SIENTO QUE NO LE HAYA GUSTADO SU ESTANCIA PORQUE NOSOTROS TRABAJAMOS DIARIAMANTE, EL EQUIPO COMPUESTO DE MAS DE 20 PERSONAS EN AGRADAR A LAS PERSONAS QUE VENGAN A NUESTRO HOTEL .

reading your complaint I do not understand what it says because with the covid law all bars and restaurants have to be closed before 1 in the morning and I assure you that our hotel closes every day at that time and in fact there is no music nor any noise besides we have the police station in front of us. The noise that I am not saying that there was not could be from the street that some group sat down in the square or in a place near the hotel.

buenos dias David un dia antes me llamaste para decirme que ibas a venir a la 2 de la madrugada y como pone en la pagina del hotel el cheking es de 15:00 hasta 23:00 , te esperaba hasta las 1:00 sin coste alguno pero me dijiste que no sabias que alrededor de las 2:00 venias , tenias a unos amigos en el hotel nuestro en la tercera planta en un apartamento que ellos se ofrecieron a coger las tarjetas tuyas , RECEPCION 24H.si tenemos PERO EL CHEKING TENEMOS UN HORARIO QUE LO PONE A LA HORA DE COMPRAR ,LO QUE NO ENTIENDO QUE CUANDO SE RESERVA UN HOTEL Y HAY UNAS CONDICIONES ESCRITAS NO SE LEAN Y LUEGO SE HAGA LA QUEJA SIN RAZON .la habitación doble que no hay NINGUN aparato para minusválido con baño que es diáfano y lo único que hay son dos abrazaderas de metal en el váter , te di la habitacion mas grande que tenemos porque tus amigos estaban en la tercera planta y asi estabais juntos , si no te funcionaba el aire acondicionado hay un tope de grados y me podias llamar que hubiesemos subido a mirarlo y ademas de tener la estufa del baño habia en el armario una bomba de calor para ponerla al gusto del cliente , y si llego a saber que te ofendia darte una habitacion doble la mas grande del hotel te hubiese puesto en una de las normales de la segunda plantea , lo que siento yo es que como no te cancele la reserva me das un 2 para fastidiar pero PREGUNTALE A LA PAREJA DE AMIGOS TUYOS QUE ESTUVIERON AQUI COMO LO PASARON PORQUE ME HAN DADO UN 10 .atentamente Inmaculada
