We had 4 nights stopover in Istanbul and the staff was super helpful to plan our last minute adventures, like sunset cruise, private guides, private transfers and recommendations for dining and spa. Restaurants staff, resection and housekeeping all friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we got to see what Istanbul had to offer in such a short time.

Excellent hotel with views of Blue Mosque and only a few minutes walk. Traditional Turkish rooms. Bit tricky in bathrooms with toilet behind the door but would still highly recommend staying here. Very comfy beds.
Muses on reception was excellent with booking our transfers and recommending places. We stayed 4 nights, left our luggage there and went to Cappodocia for 2 days then back for a night. Wonderful place.
