"I stayed here as was recommended the hotel by friends for the pool and the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the pool was standing room only. The spa pool was cold and very murky water. I wonder whether the hotel was understaffed as everything took a very long time. We were not warned about the queues for breakfast, so we arrived before 9 am and waited an hour. All in all a disapppinting stay and won't be back"

"The desk staff were wonderful- we had issue with our booking - after terrible drive and feeling frustrated they comforted us in a lounge area, provided drinks and sorted out the problem for us. They even upgraded our room which was lovely. Great view, beautiful setting and people. So ideally located in Viaduct. Only small negative balcony was large but needed a good clean - grout of tiles was stained. The view made up for it though. 😊"
