"The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating price was good and they are very fair. I did smoke a couple of cigarettes in the room it was late at night and forgot to go outside. She was very fair about it. The only complaint is the pool was getting empty. I think they were doing repairs. Plenty of parking and waffle house is walking distance. "

"Check in was fast and very professional. However, the contractor that they have working there are the worst that I have ever been around. They do not clean up behind themselves. The room that we stayed in was not ready to be rented out. The gashes in the walls were not filled in, the painting was not properly completed, the floors had not been cleaned, there was no soap try in the shower and we had to go to the front desk to get towels. We have stayed at this place many times and never had a bad time. This time even the breakfast was poor. We had to go into the kitchen to get the rest of the food out as there was no one there to take care of getting things out and ready for the people. NOt sure if we will ever stay there again. "My daughter and two grandkids came from Minnesota for my twin great-granddaughters' first birthday. We loved the lake behind the house and watching the different birds that sat by the dam. The kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe to walk around.The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. It was nice being able to park in the garage and unload groceries right into the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay."

"The house was quite roomy. Everything you might need in the kitchen was available. The pool was used by the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The location made navigation easy and there were plenty of things to do nearby. We had very good communication with the owner."
