"This was a great location. We loved the pontoon , pool and the view. It was very comfortable with homey decor. The host was quick to reply and was accommodating. The lower level could have used a king size bed. We would definitely recommend this stay. "

"My daughter and two grandkids came from Minnesota for my twin great-granddaughters' first birthday. We loved the lake behind the house and watching the different birds that sat by the dam. The kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe to walk around.The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. It was nice being able to park in the garage and unload groceries right into the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay."

"This property is amazing. A nice little oasis in the desert!!! We were there for a baseball tournament for my son, but his own private fishing dock stole the show for him!!! The property was exactly as listed and communication with the host was quick and easy!!! Will definately stay there again on our next trip to Phoenix!!!"

"Gorgeous house in a beautiful neighborhood. The home felt warm and welcoming, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Having access to a private pool was awesome and I went in it almost every day. In addition to all of the amenities, the home was also pet-friendly and I appreciated being able to bring my dog along. Excellent stay, 10/10 recommend!"

"This house was amazing! So spacious, well laid out, with an incredible backyard. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, TVs in all of the bedrooms, lots of kitchen space and property manager was super helpful when we had questions. Boat was fabulous. Bots caught LOTS of fish! We swam and fished all day and had an amazing trip making memories before our sons head back to college. Highly recommend this property and this host! Have rented from Karen and Ryan multiple times and their properties are always top notch. Thank you for an amazing family trip!"

"Our stay was very comfortable. I got some good rest. In the mornings I would sit out by the pool and enjoy my coffee. Then I would get in the pool until 11:00ish. We took full advantage of having the pool. The only issue was the peddle boat had a lot of water in it along with several dead mosquitoes. I would recommend the last person to rent the house, flip the boat upside down on the dock. So that it’s dry for the next people. We didn’t use it, because it was heavy with the water, to be able to clean it out. Everything else was fabulous. Also keep in mind that the wind does blow, and the pool will have some debris, but you can clean it out with the net! We will definitely stay there again!
