"Loved the location on the lake & close to the 101. The floor plan of the house was great. Host is very responsive & allowed us to check in early. I do think the house is looking a little tired, needing some maintenance & cleaning. There is certainly effort gone into making the house cute & comfortable, but likely some renters have been hard on it."

"This place was perfect ! It was just as advertised, a perfect house !! The back yard was perfect for our family to get together with the pool, hot tub, tv, several different seating areas ! We really enjoyed taking a couple of pontoon boat rides ! The pool table was a nice bonus feature ! I could go on and on .... Made for a wonderful vacation ! "

I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 殺 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts! "We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!"

"We chose this property based on positive reviews and appealing photos; I’m sure, like all of us, we try to do, but unfortunately, our stay was a big disappointment. While Robert was indeed friendly, and the fresh flowers were a nice touch, the home itself was a big stretch from the pictures. Cobwebs lined the entryway, the grand piano was gone, and the kitchen lacked the furnishings we expected, like the dining room table that does not exist in the formal dining area. The pool area was nice, but the landscaping was mostly dead as you go out to the pool area. The plasterer was falling from the ceiling right as you walk out the door. There is a big hole where paint has peeled away. We also encountered several safety issues—exposed wiring, a broken smoke detector, and the refrigerator is plugged into an extension cord, which is a fire code violation. There were holes in a couple of the walls, and there were areas where there were picture frame hooks all over the walls, but no pictures, just the hooks. It mentions the nice sheets in the rooms. Yes, there are sheets on each bed, but they cover the stains on the pillows. There was hair and a rubber band from someone’s braces in the bathroom sink, very little shampoo and body wash, and only two towels per bathroom, so either bring your own towels or be ready to do some laundry, and a toilet brush was left in the toilet, along with where's a link to some of the photos we took"

"We had a large family group with a baby, two toddlers, 3 teenagers and 8 moms and dads. The house worked great for our group. Teenagers stayed out in the basketball/workout bedroom space. The tvs were great for March Madness viewing. Only thing we never quite figured out was the lighting and music system in the kitchen for the whole house. Not a complaint. Maybe needs to be programmed. If you hit the button labeled kitchen lights at 6 am- you give all the rooms a wake up call with lights at 6 am. Ha! Otherwise- great, clean, fun local hikes, easy jump off point for shopping and activities."
