The staff was the best part. The room was clean and we felt safe too. The elevators felt like we were going to drop down it soon so bad. Also, we couldn't take a shower because it didn't work. Seriously? Yes. Because I booked w Expedia, nothing they could do.

This property is super clean and really quiet. The staff, regardless of who was working. as I came into contact with several of them, were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, as a first time visitor to this hotel, I can assure you that I will be booking future trips to Phoenix at this location.

I mean,not sure how much my opinion matters seeing how i grew up poor in the ghetto so the hilton was amazing to me(definitely not my first stay though) but i know whats good, respectful and all that and i gotta say it was very quiet.The staff were all very welcoming and I am covered in tattoos.The food was fresh hospitality was amazing.I had a blast with my wife. I will one hundred percent be revisiting this hotel in the future
