"Our family had a wonderful time at the property. We had 4 generations enjoying a spring getaway and this property had something for everyone! We loved the pool, outdoor fireplace and grill, game room (super cool!!), and different lounging areas. So many details considered in this rental, from coffee pods, to first aid needs, to sun glasses! The owners were extremely helpful and attentive. It was truly a joy to stay here. It is worth noting this home is also a great location to enjoy Spring Training games in Suprise or Peoria. "

"We have mixed reviews on this place. Beds were surprising comfortable. Nice space- we had 3 guests for 4 days and plenty of room for 5 of us. Generally could use maintenance and cleaning, inside and out. Private backyard- but on “reclaimed water” that you can’t swim in nor eat the fish out of? Paddle boat seemed unusable. Highway noise is constant. Owner was very accessible and very nice. "

"Don’t pass this house up!! We stayed here for a week with our son his wife and their 3 month old baby. Our daughter in laws family lives in Arizona and we were able to have her grandparents over for brunch one day and dinner. The kitchen is well stocked, make sure you check the spice cabinet before you go to the store, because the spices you need may already be there. Pros: well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard, nice sized bedrooms, room for family to spread out and enjoy. Cons: ummm…. None!We would for sure rent this house if we come back to Arizona! "
