"The weather did not allow for the pool to be enjoyed and my schedule didn’t allow for hot tub fun but the room was wonderful. Warm and welcoming! Clean and well equipped with snacks, coffee, appliances for food prep and a nice little electric fireplace! It was a very nice place to stay, WAY better than a hotel!! My host, Eric, was very accommodating and attentive! Thank you for making my first VRBO so memorable!!"

"Had a wonderful stay and excellent communication with the owner. The house had all the thoughtful little touches that make traveling away from home so much easier. We also asked to have the pool heated, and it was the perfect way to wind down each day."

"The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. The rooms have full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, a small microwave, and cupboards. I wasn't offered dishes or cookware but had brought my own. Also I brought my own hairdryer and was glad because there wasn't one in the room. There was an iron/ironing board & plenty of space to hang clothes. Amenities like soap & shampoo are minimal but available. Plenty of hot water and the full-size bathroom is excellent. There was a bit of noise from neighbors. I won't say the walls are thin, but they're not soundproof either. It was Christmas time & the hotel was completely full, so I expected some noise but it wasn't bad. Bring earplugs just in case. Guests and staff were considerate. Smokers followed the rules and went to an outdoor area well away from the building. There is a very good dog walking area and I did not see any unhappy dogs among the several that were present. Bring a small bottle of dish soap if you plan to cook. I will absolutely stay here again."

"We had a great time celebrating Christmas early with most of our family! There were fun things for all ages to do! I think every game and activity was used by at least one person. The host checked in often to make sure everyone was having a good time. My son is already thinking about renting it again. "

"We rented this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with a large group of our family. Host was amazing and responsive to all communications 10/10 service! Highlights:- Large Home with Multiple Bathrooms- Kids Bunk Bed Room is great for groups with children, and gives them their own space- Ski Ball and Pool Table were great for entertainment - Bar area with second full size fridge was amazing to have for drinks as well as storage for Thanksgiving dishes - Theater Room was perfect for watching football and separate from the living room where others could watch TV/Movies without hearing the football game - Pool is beautiful, although was only used minimally by a couple people in our group since it was cold outside - Microwave doubles as a convection oven which was a bonus to have for Thanksgiving cooking - Close to freeways, malls, stores, etc. Easy to get to. Other notes:- Stove is induction, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook- Light switches were a little hard to find for related rooms Overall, we loved this place and would stay again. "
