The water pressure in our shower was very poor like a light rain. About a week after we checked out we got a parking ticket for parking in the hotel parking lot during our stay but my invoice showed I paid for parking so they must not have entered my plate number correctly into their system and now I have to go through an appeals process for a parking ticket I never should've received. The location of the hotel is great being so close to State Farm Stadium and shopping/restaurants etc. It was disappointing that they didn’t have a hot tub and their complimentary breakfast was not that good. The staff were extremely friendly and nice but overall I probably would not stay here again.
