"The AC was horrible, sounding like a train on the railroad. Staff in the back around 3am was asleep and didn’t come to the front when called out to loudly. It wasn’t until loud banging made the employee wake up. Horrible experience"

"The room was very small and poorly laid out. There were two TV's next to each other. My room was a king bed + sofa bed and it was a tiny room. I'm not a big guy but the bathroom was so small, there was barely room to get in/out of the show. The whole hotel was smaller than the pictures. Way over priced for the quality of the room."

Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. "
