It was okay. I was not given a balcony room. The tv remotes did not work. No charging station near the beds. Beds were great. No ice machine so had to wait until icemaker in fridge could make ice. Room was clean but couch was not comfortable. The staff were very nice. Nice coffee machine in lobby but they ran out of creamer. The only other think is you could not control air for each bedroom. It is good value for a longer stay but we only needed two nights.

We had a great stay! Very clean, comfortable great amenities, great service, safe location and a great price! The only down side was a barking dog. But once their owners came back the rest of the night was very quiet!

A Great Stay at WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Phoenix I’m so glad I upgraded to WaterWalk Extended Stay—this place was definitely a step up from my original booking. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the hotel and the incredible staff. The manager, with the energy of 10 people in the morning, really set a positive tone for my stay. The easy check-in process made the transition seamless, and the whole experience was a breeze. The room itself was amazing—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect: not too noisy, not too much traffic, and there’s plenty of parking. One downside was the lack of breakfast, which would’ve been nice, but that’s really the only thing I could find to complain about. Everything else, from the laundry in the unit (perfect for longer stays) to the well-kept amenities (gym, pool, etc.), was fantastic. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, and the property overall felt safe and secure—well-lit and in a good neighborhood. If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great service and a relaxing environment, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for long-term stays with all the right amenities!

This was my second stay there this month. Staff is non-existent, at any hour of the day/night. If you are a person who will check in and want to be left alone, this is perfect for you. No luggage carts. Free bottle water in the lobby and coffee/hot beverages, I found this by accident. No secure wi-fi if you are working. Different TV packages in room types. Housekeeping may stop 1x a week, if you are lucky and no one can tell you what day that will be. Safe location, close to my daughters apartment and where I needed to be with her. Happy Valley shopping nearby. Newer facility but it is going downhill quickly with lack of housekeeping in rooms, halls, stairway and lack of maintenance.

Worth the stop and stay

Really nice hotel and not far from any shops or restaurants. Have to drive about 2-3 miles but just about anything you wanted was in the area. Cooked our meal in the room and utilized the gym. Great staff and amenities.
