"Upon arrival until the day we left we were amazed and filled with gratitude. Communication was great, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood our host delivered! Of all the locations I've visited, this one had everything and more. The pool was heated, Christmas dinner was made easy because every supply, equipment, and utensil you can imagine was stocked in the huge walk in pantry and cabinets. We made homemade biscuits, cakes and pies, frittata, etc. The game room, large illuminated kitchen, commercial refrigerator, 3 full baths, 5 bedrooms, music playing throughout, decor, condiments, grilling outdoors, multiple places for seating and gathering, grass and abundant space made our visit extraordinary. The only hiccup was....we wanted to stay longer with our extended family. I wish this was my home."

"The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. The rooms have full-size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, a small microwave, and cupboards. I wasn't offered dishes or cookware but had brought my own. Also I brought my own hairdryer and was glad because there wasn't one in the room. There was an iron/ironing board & plenty of space to hang clothes. Amenities like soap & shampoo are minimal but available. Plenty of hot water and the full-size bathroom is excellent. There was a bit of noise from neighbors. I won't say the walls are thin, but they're not soundproof either. It was Christmas time & the hotel was completely full, so I expected some noise but it wasn't bad. Bring earplugs just in case. Guests and staff were considerate. Smokers followed the rules and went to an outdoor area well away from the building. There is a very good dog walking area and I did not see any unhappy dogs among the several that were present. Bring a small bottle of dish soap if you plan to cook. I will absolutely stay here again."

"We had a great time celebrating Christmas early with most of our family! There were fun things for all ages to do! I think every game and activity was used by at least one person. The host checked in often to make sure everyone was having a good time. My son is already thinking about renting it again. "

"I would stay at this property anytime. All was wonderful . Warning do not book if it is a non refundable reservation. The property rules are outrageous with warnings of extreme penalties. At the time of my booking the rules were not posted. Having stayed at the property the owner was amazing and I hope she changes her property rules. Then it would be perfect."
