"Paid for this hotel for a client through expedia and client got there only to find out it was fully booked.The hotel and epedia left him stranded. Refund has been processed as they claim but we are yet to get it.both the hotel and expedia did so badly this time"

"East Horizon was everything we hoped for, the apartment was in a beautiful quiet settign with fabulous views of the Indian Ocean from both the living room, bedroom and veranda/terrace. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning with only the sound of birds singing and the breaking of waves. "We love our stay in Mer Riviere, is a very nice place, very safe, comfortable and close to the beach (walking distance). Nadia the property owner/administrator was super attentive and friendly. She was always there when we need her, specially when my mom got sick. Also she give us a very nice welcome with some delicious fresh coconuts. Our stay was perfect and we loved everything about it."

"Overall the stay eas nice because the apartment is nice. However its not always easy to reach the reception. There are several times I went to reception desk and no one was there. There is no reception on Sundays and the property did not mention this in the information they gave at check in"
