Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours.

Hi Team, I spent 2 nights at this hotel on 12th and 13th July. I had competed in the Tour of Mont Blanc cycling event on 12th and specifically booked into this hotel for the pool and spa facilities to try and spend a few days recovering from this ultra endurance race. We arrived at around midnight on 12th and checked in after 15 hours of cycling. The room was extremely warm and night porter advised air conditioning was broken. It was 26 degrees in the room and despite being extremely tired I was not able to sleep at all, I ended up on the bathroom floor with a blanket. This issue was not resolved on the 2nd night so again had little to no sleep. We tried to book into restaurant on the 13th and advised it was fully booked. There didn’t appear to be anyone in the restaurant on Sunday evening as far as I could see. Also, tried to use the pool and steam room facilities and was again advised this needed to be booked in advance and was also full when I tried to use it and wasn’t available until after 7pm. We had a very early flight on 14th and left at 6am having not been able to use the pool/ spa facilities, eat in the restaurant and get almost no sleep for both nights due to the air conditioning fault. This was a really terrible experience and I don’t think it’s acceptable charging €700+ for the 2 nights and not be able to utilise essentially anything in the hotel, or even be able to get to sleep.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The bed was very comfy, shower had great pressure. TV had a Chromecast which meant I could watch what I wanted. Dinner was not expensive.. especially for what was on the menu and there was a good breakfast

HĂŽtel rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t, confortable et situĂ© en plein coeur de beaufort. Il dispose d'une ski room chauffĂ©e. parking gratuit Ă  proximitĂ©. Le staff est professionnel et agrĂ©able. Nous Ă©tions dans une chambre classique, petite mais agrĂ©able, vue sur la place du village. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est bien, avec des produits locaux, mais il n'y a aucune offre cuisinĂ©e/chaude (hormis une bouilloire Ă  oeuf). Le spa, en supplĂ©ment, est rapidement bondĂ© les weekends et aucun passage de personnel n'est prĂ©vu entre les crĂ©neaux : le lieu devient sale, il n'y a plus de serviette, plus de boisson, ce dĂšs 18h alors que des crĂ©neaux sont disponibles jusqu'Ă  21h. 15€ le crĂ©neau d'une heure tout de mĂȘme. La tĂ©lĂ©vision est de mauvaise qualitĂ© et bug constamment. Pas de smart tv.

L'Ă©tablissement est top, l'emplacement idĂ©al pour aller skier en famille Ă  Areches avec une navette qui passe juste en bas de l'hĂŽtel! Le spa est vraiment trĂšs bien! En demi-pension nous avons trĂšs bien mangĂ©. Le personnel prĂ©sent fait vraiment tout son possible pour satisfaire les clients et sont partout.....enfin dans la mesure du possible car c'est pour cela que je mets 4 et non pas 5 Ă©toiles! En effet le manque de personnel se fait ressentir car le bar est toujours fermĂ©, Ă  l'arrivĂ©e notre chambre avait 2 h de retard pour ĂȘtre prĂȘte. Aussi nous apprenions que le spa est limitĂ© Ă  10 personnes par heure, il fallait donc rĂ©server. Ce que nous avons fait pour les jours suivants et c'Ă©tait parfait. Franchement, avec un peu de personnel en + (qui doit ĂȘtre en recrutement) tout est parfait! En tout cas les personnes qui nous acceuillies, servies, prĂ©parer les chambres, ainsi que le chef qui apporte des aperitifs Ă  manger.... font leur max et pour nous ce fĂ»t super agrĂ©able. Allez y les yeux fermĂ©s, le bar est un detail qui devrait ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ© rapidement (on leur souhaite car tout est top sinon)!

Cela faisait longtemps que l’on n’avait pas optĂ© pour une nuitĂ©e dans un hĂŽtel, privilĂ©giant les chambres d’hĂŽtes oĂč le contact est simple & l’accueil chaleureux. Que dire de cet hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles Ă  la dĂ©co bohĂšme chic ? Chambre petite mais correcte pour des personnes sans handicap malgrĂ© son cĂŽtĂ© cloisonnĂ© la rendant encore plus Ă©triquĂ©e. Balcon apprĂ©ciable bien que sur l’axe principal. On Ă©tait surpris d’apprendre, aprĂšs avoir demandĂ© de plus amples informations, que non seulement l’accĂšs Ă  la piscine Ă©tait limitĂ© Ă  10 personnes, qui ne dĂ©range pas en soi, & qu’il fallait rĂ©server un crĂ©neau mais que l’usage n’était pas compris dans le tarif de notre chambre (standard Ă  150€
) mais en sus Ă  15€ pp & par heure, de mĂ©moire. Parking sĂ©curisĂ© aussi en plus (18€ la nuit) - grand parking gratuit juste en face de l’hĂŽtel. Vu le peu de monde au restaurant le soir, on se demandait quelle Ă©tait l’urgence de se dĂ©cider au moment de l’enregistrement. Petit dĂ©j sous forme de buffet proposĂ© Ă  32€ (par chambre ?) - la boulangerie & le cafĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© font largement l’affaire. Note un peu salĂ©e & goĂ»t amer oĂč on a l’impression que tout est Ă  la carte, y compris l’accueil. Beaufort regorge d’Histoire, il suffit d’emprunter ses ruelles menant Ă  des hauteurs oĂč la vue est Ă  couper le souffle. Coup de projecteur sur la Coop laitiĂšre du Beaufortain (& la coop agricole tout court), un ‘must’ qui met en valeur le dur labeur de nos agriculteurs & de leurs animaux qui le leur rendent si bien !
