"Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
