"Room was dated, room key didn’t always work. Floors in hallways and elevators were dirty. Popcorn was available on arrival that tasted awful. Terrible neighborhood with holmless people sleeping 50ft away. Hard to get into property if you were coming the wrong side of road. Breakfast was good. Pool was cold and no towels available. Had to bring down towels from room. I think there was only 3 towels in room and no Kleenex. Limited power outlets in room. Gunshot hole in window and noisy ac. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Amazing central location for literally everything downtown from games to concerts. Worth the valet parking to save on any driving what so ever."

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenient location near airport with a free shuttle. The pool was a nice feature coming into warm Phoenix from a much colder climate. "

"Pros: Amenities like washer/dryer, full kitchenette, snacks, pool, clubhouse/game room. Front desk staff were friendly, property and room were very clean, comfy bed. Many places to eat around the area, 15min easy drive to airport. Cons: some maintenance needed (warping floors in room, hot tub in outside pool area not working). Our room was close to one of the entrances with a metal gate that clangs loudly when people come and go (which was kind of frequently). There is a sign to not let gate slam shut, so it’s just one of those things - did not interrupt our sleep, and would not keep me from staying here again."
