Logement vĂ©tuste mal Ă©quipĂ© en vaisselle. Pas trĂšs propre . A notre arrivĂ©e l’agence n’a pas su nous expliquer l’emplacement donc nous avons eu du mal Ă  trouver et numĂ©ros donnĂ©s pour le digicode n’étaient pas les bons ! La mise Ă  jour des dossiers chez Foncia laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer ! Bref je ne conseille pas ce logement ! En tout cas pas prix demandĂ© !

Une fois passĂ© Ă  l'agence, vous devez vous dĂ©brouiller pour trouver la location. L'entrĂ©e n'est pas spĂ©cifiĂ©e comme Ă©tant non adaptĂ©e Ă  des personnes ayant quelques difficultĂ©s pour se dĂ©placer. La maison n'en n'est pas une, c'est un appartement. Il y a des locataires en dessous et sur les cĂŽtĂ©s. L'air conditionnĂ© du sĂ©jour n'est pas entretenu et donc, ne fonctionne pas de maniĂšre optimale. Sinon, Ă  part ça, la vue Ă©tait top et nous nous y sommes bien sentis. Peut ĂȘtre qu'il serait plus judicieux de donner des dĂ©tails sur l'entrĂ©e, dans l'annonce. De cette maniĂšre, les personnes qui louent, savent Ă  quoi s'attendre.

La vue sur la mer est imprenable. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le descriptif est assez vague et gagnerait Ă  ĂȘtre plus prĂ©cis : balcon, taille des lits, Ă©lectromĂ©nager.

Belle maison trÚs bien située

Dans un quartier fermé, au calme, la plage à 2 pas, trÚs calme, une maison bien aménagée. La terrasse avec vue mer est idéale pour tous les repas. Les deux salles de bains sont trÚs agréables et la cuisine amplement suffisante. Les barbecues étant interdits, une petite plancha fait bien l'affaire. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié cette location.
