Our panoramic view of the numerous power cables was obscured by having to have the curtains closed or we would have become a tourist attraction when using the bathroom from our 1st floor room.

The staff is really nice, very helpful, the front desk and bell man too. Especially the manager Nikki, she went out her ways to accommodate my needs. Breakfast is great, they change every day. What i like the most is they have quite good variety of veggies, and 3 kind of fruits. Also Thai and international dishes. Washing machine is very convenient, especially for my long stay of half a month. Unfortunately, when i boooked the room, in the description there was " a mini fridge" but they couldn't provide me one for my 8 nights stay, so i have to change hotel, and come back for the other 6 days on my booking, since the manager promised that i would have a mini fridge ( i will have surgery so i need my medications, foods, drinks, etc next to me in the room).

Great Price
Parking was tight. The second day we had to park on the street and risked getting towed as the hotel didn't have enough space. Overall experience was good. Staff was friendly & helpful. My room was spacious and having a washing machine with a drying rack was awesome. The location was good, but I didn't like the view of a hospital right next door from my balcony.

We had 2 bookings at this property , for 2 nights and 10nights with a gap of 5 nights in between as Inwent for surgery , also my friend booked there . Our first booking they couldn’t find it for over an hour , before we went to the hotel as we knew bangkok was on lockdown and we where going up from phuket sandbox for surgery i called to check if the pool area and gym are open they said yes when we got there it was all closed you couldn’t even sit by the pool atleast , when my friend booked we made it clear that she will book there on one condition that we will be on same floor , but when we got there we got separate floors , they said they will move gair the day aftet , the day aftet came and still put her on a different floor , constant problems with wifi , breakfast was hood but should include some more western breakfast not soup noodle rice and curry for breakfast 😂! Anyways the overall stay was fine but we left earlier than we booked couldn’t stand the place , did nit even ask for the ither 5 day refund but because one of towels got a bit dsmaged with betadine they had the face to charge us 200 baht . Ohh and hotel restaurant and room service only till noon !

Cleanliness is a big issue here. Bathroom is full of mold; be it on tile edge, shower enclosure, and everywhere that get wet. Bedroom floor is crack and also have mold along the run. Also, be sure to check for missing liquid soap, shampoo and hand soap as they have a notification right in your room stating that you will be charged for the missing at checkout. Considering the number of room, parking space is very limited (approx. 20 cars at best). Do prepared to look for a back up paid parking.

I have stayed here on two previous occasions and had very good experiences on both occasions. This time however was decidedly different. Checkin and checkout both took far too long and we were not given any indication as to why this was. Very poor service in comparison with pre-Covid times.

Decent but rough around the edges
Booked the 1 bedroom with view. View was good, room was large with high ceilings. Sofa had a hole in it, hot water in the bathroom was either boiling hot or not enough. It keeps increasing and decreasing, no happy medium. TV reception was poor. The staff were very attentive. It was decent for the price, for one night. I doubt I'd go back due to condition and hot water issues.

The room was spacious, nice and had a small kitchen for cooking. I Enjoyed being able to cook breakfast for me and my wife in the mornings before heading out to walk around. Unfortunately due to the covid 19 restrictions we were unable to use the amenities such as the pool and fitness room.

This property is excellent value and very well located too. The maintenance is good, rooms are clean and fresh looking. We had a strangely noisy aircon condenser unit (unusual for Daikin brand) but otherwise noises (like the road) were not a problem at all. One lift was out of service for some reason and there was a good suggestion to "take the stairs" but upon reaching the top floor/pool deck, the door was disappointingly locked. Carparking was like playing shuffling cards on a table with far fewer spaces than really needed, but it looks like everyone was accommodated in the end. The most disappointing thing was a complete lack of response to questions asked in the Expedia app - that leaves a poor feeling before arriving at the hotel. In spite of that I have still rated 5 stars as I ended up quite satisfied.

I went here once before and It was great. But this time they put us on the first floor which is fine but the lady apologized for it which I though nothing of. But then the room we got was old and and run down. It clearly needs fixing. The bed was super lumpy on one side. The walls are paper thin it was so noisy just from people walking. It was like this floor was neglected but they still rented it out anyways. They didn't even show us any pictures too but I was here once so I thought it should be OK becuase the last time was so good. I want a redund

It was a good to stay in the room. However, there was one thing uncomfortable. Water pressure was not strong...swimming pool on the top was the great!!

The junior suite I stayed at was clean and big. The staff are fantastic. The pool is ok. Thong Lor street has active day and night life. It's a good location. It's right next to a hospital so the ambulance siren could be heard all throughout the day
