The area around the property was very busy with a ton of traffic. If you stay at Indra Regent Hotel give yourself extra time for travel. The hotel staff was super helpful. I would stay there again.

Lacking Luxury

First room offered had been converted into a staff room, sleeping facilities for maid services. It was a delay and at one point I didn't think we were going to get our room. Eventually we were given a good room but some things were missing like a face cloth in the bathroom and toothbrush. I was expecting a little more luxury but the price and location is excellent, not far from Central World.

what was has finished. reception now on the 4th floor no porters fend for your self. No facilities at all the pool falling apart weeds growing in the pool paving, tiles falling off. No bars,only one place to eat. Breakfast set menu 200B and cooked the day before and reheated we could not eat it and left. Our rooms Jnr Suites good clean air con could be a little better. Overall be warned not very good.

This was clearly once a grand hotel, walking in exudes the grandeur of days past but, the hotel has not kept up with time. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service during my stay and, I got stuck in one of them and the front desk, when contacted seemed disinterested. On the plus side, the remainder of the staff seemed lovely (although the woman who checked me in wrote down my credit card number and expiry when taking my room deposit) and the hotel is close to the airport rail link

Like: 1. Venue. Right at centre of Pratunam, within walking distance of Pratunam market, CentralWorld and Big C. 2. Room is clean and spacious. 3. Housekeeping staff is positive and courteous. Dislikes: 1. Premise photos not representing the current conditions. General areas are dimly lit, such as the ground floor entrance, reception and room corridor. Gym, pool and breakfast cafe no longer available. 2. Aircon leaking in one of booked rooms. 3. Administrative coordination between 3rd party online booking website and hotel reservation and reception staff. The staff was unable to find the 2nd room reservation, hence unable to arange for rooms to be adjacent to each other, even when prior email was sent to request for the arrangement. Upon reaching hotel, the reception staff was also unable to find the 2nd room reservation initially and took a subtantial time to finally confirm the reservation. 4. No slippers provided. In conclusion, the hotel is probably not up to its previous grandeur as what the photos suggested.
