Considering Covid19 situation, they only have around 10% of the room occupied (I was told) but they will not give me room with the view as requested. Could it be that I booked thru Hotel.com. I stayed here for the past 5 years n it was all the same. Very disappointed. This year Front Desk ( all girls ) are not friendly at all. First room we assigned too, my husband took a shower and water leeks all over, told the front desk, no apology or nothing. Moved to a second room, not ready to move in (not clean yet). Also when I called front desk, it ranged more 10 times each time and I called 3 times, no answers. There are 4 of them, r they busy with customers or busy talking to each other, I wonder. I am very disappointed with this hotel and not sure will revisit in the future. We like it here because of the location. Other services was good. Some of the girls at the front desk can for sure use training in customers service.
