Unfortunately the AC went out on me different times. They did move me to other rooms when they found out and offered me an upgrade to a deluxe room too. I would stay there again when in Bangkok.

Amazing Location Amazing Hotel
It’s situated in the middle of everything. Convenient for anywhere you want to go. Room is modern with a main control next to the bed. SmartTV with every streaming app. Staff is really friendly. Modern furniture that is in pristine condition. My favorite hotel I’ve stayed in Bangkok.

Good Value
This hotel has a number of good points, beginning with location. If you are interested in the nightlife around Sukhumvit Rd, this hotel is dead center and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and other attractions. A short bus ride will take you to the cultural sites to the west along the river. My room was relatively newly furnished and spotless thanks to the housekeeping staff, although there were a few weird design flaws like a bathroom faucet that didn’t open all the way due to a misplaced mirror and the generally rather weak lighting. My only real complaint was the very poor wifi. In general though, I would still rate PS as a value for the money, and all of the staff were welcoming and efficient, which helped make my stay a pleasant one.

Great room in a great location for a great price!
The room was very cute, but from at least my room, if you are over 6'5" you might kill yourself with the low ceilings (on the 2nd floor). The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Only real issue was the humidity caused the desk in the room to build up moister and leak a not insignificant amount of water. When I brought it to the hotel staff's attention they cleaned it as best as they could and applied a temp fix for the duration of my stay. The location is great too! Near to good malls like Terminal 21 and great places to eat all over. If I'm back in BKK again, I will definitely stay at the Paradiso Boutique Suites again.

Paradise Boutique Hotel Soi 10 / Sukhumvit Rd.
Nicely remodeled hotel I believe their info said 2015-2016. Two dayshift ladies at the front desk must be owners. Be polite and friendly just normally to them and they both bit lemon recently. Not a friendly reception by far. But Security guy is better and working hard moving your bags to your room. Elevator only holds three, that's OK, but sometimes at the end of the ride the doors don't open. Front desk answers right away when you hit the telephone button in the still closed elevator. Go up to the third floor and try to open the door. I did. That did not work. Went back to floor one at the office and they still won't open. Within a minute the security guy had a flashlight and some kind of tool standing there when the doors opened a minute or so later, from the outside. So they need to fix their elevator for sure. Housekeeping doing a great job with room cleanliness, beds made nicely with fresh linen. Western type in was air conditioning a big plus.

The lift was not working. On the first night till last day, the hotel staff had to force the lift's door to close properly. It stopped working totally on my third day of stay. Other than the lift, everything else was ok.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. But in sore need of updating. Room 602 has the air-con blowing directly onto the bed; glass shelf over the bathroom sink blocks guest from swilling face or rinsing mouth; new facade makes cleaning windows impossible, hence dirty glass.

Staff deserve better
Pros........The staff are all excellent. Within minutes of checking into my room, I found that the shower was not working properly. A report to the desk had it sorted almost immediately. Housekeeping was excellent and my room spotless, with bed linen and towels changed daily. Cons.......The windows are filthy. Probably because in the recent past the hotel has had a new 'cladding' stuck straight over the old, so now it will prove almost impossible to clean the panes. The bathroom has a unique sighting for a glass shelf :- low down over the sink so it is impossible to bend and swill your face or rinse your mouth. Any forgetfulness would result in a nasty bump! ( I know!). The WORST 'CON'.......In my room ( 602) the air-con unit blows directly onto the bed 10 feet away. I myself had a bad head-cold for most of the holiday because if it, and turning it off only gives 10 minutes grace until the guest is wet with sweat! All-in-all, excellent staff manning a once-very-nice hotel in need of a big update.

Good budget option
I had a 4 night stay right in the heart of BKK. This locale is right in the thick of the action. An added bonus was quick and cheap access to and from the airport via the BTS.

Good location in between Nana and Asok BTS. Located right at the entrance of soi 10 so you don't have to walk too far in. Hotel rooms were basic. 1 bad thing was the heater takes awhile to heat up but wasn't a big deal. Staff were friendly. Great value for the price paid.

Good location, deluxe rooms on top floor are good size and quiet. Friendly staff and great doorman. Hotel is half a block back from Sukumvit, borders the park that is always closed on one side so not noisy. Close to terminal 21, Soi 4 or soi cowboy.

A smallish hotel just 60 metres from Sukhumvit Road in Soi 10. Location is great with easy walking distance to MRT and BTS. Rooms are small but clean, comfortable and well appointed. Cable TV is only just OK but the wireless internet worked well. Represents excellent value for money. Most staff were excellent.

Great location and comfort. Wifi signal is strong. I've stayed here multiple times whenever I visit Bangkok. It is always a pleasure. Staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Great value for the money spent. Highly recommended!

Lower your expectations at booking this room. Don't get me wrong, it does offer a comfortable area space and bathroom with jacuzzi but the room feels tilted on one end which is evident by our roller luggage bag rolling to one side. Not much international TV choice. Location is their only saving grace being less than 4 minutes from Nana BTS. It is value for money if you are ok with the conditions, otherwise, do consider taking a flight home. Their wifi doesn't work too..

For a superior room the furniture was in a bad condition, the WiFi was so slow,not worth using, the cable tv was not working and had not worked for 20 + days, only 3 thai channels working. Have stayed there before,it’s gone downhill and the reception staff didn’t care.
