"Incredible experience at W Bangkok. This was one of our best travel experiences in recent years. Everything was perfect: the hotel, the location, the facilities, and above all, the staff. "
"This hotel was luxurious, amazing views, beautiful cocktails and some lovely welcome touches. A well deserved treat after a few weeks on the road travelling. "
"We were disappointed with check in as we were told to take a seat and no one came to help us. When we asked it was clear they forgot about us. The manager rectified by proving us with drink vouchers for sky bar. One day our room had not been cleaned by 3pm . Once we called reception this was taken care of immediately. Otherwise the location and property is overall an excellent choice."
"Great hotel. The staff are excellent. A wide choice of restaurants and a pleasant pool right on the water front. My only minor quibble is that the rooms are a little old fashioned."
"Great property. Friendly staff. Beautiful endless pool with rooptop view of the city. Breakfast was amazing well. Also a great location in the city! Would stay again. "
"Great location, great view, breakfast and the pool was great.. air condition did not keep the room very cool though and it was dripping from the ceiling. "
